The Arctic - workshops...

Description

Developing an understanding of how organisms are adapted to life in the cold, pupils take part in a game where they will get the opportunity to hold handling specimens including real reindeer antlers, seal fur, a walrus skull and mammoth teeth. Ethical views of endangered species are explored looking at the polar bear. Inuit life is looked into using our smartboard.

 

Age Range

Primary 3 to Primary 7
