Ellie Garvie - Event Sales Manager (Job Share with Gayle Hoy)

Ellie has worked in the Events team at Dynamic Earth since 2005. Ellie got married at Dynamic Earth in 2004, she liked it so much she came to work for us...that's what we call living the brand!

 

 

 

 

 

Gayle Hoy - Event Sales Manager (Job Share with Ellie Garvie)

Gayle has been with the Events team at Dynamic Earth since 2006. Gayle has worked in the events industry for over 10 years now and draws experience from her hotel, catering company and rugby stadium background. Gayle has worked with a range of clients from a variety of sectors such as the NHS and Holyrood Events. Gayle's experience lies in event sales, she enjoys the challenge of creating bespoke winning proposals and bringing events to life for clients at their site visit.

 

 

 

Becky Hamilton - Events Sales Coordinator

Becky has worked in the Events team at Dynamic Earth since October 2009. Her event experience comes from hotel and rugby stadium venues within Edinburgh. Becky enjoys working with a wide range of clients and particularly enjoys showcasing Dynamic Earth as a wedding venue and meeting with bride and grooms. Becky is also the Christmas Coordinator within the team and loves bringing Christmas to life at Dynamic Earth!

 

 

 

Gillian Hill - Events Manager

Gillian has been Events Manager at Dynamic Earth since the centre opened in 1999. She began her events career in 1995 as an Event Coordinator at Norton House Hotel moving to the prestigious Balmoral Hotel in 1998. Gillian has managed a diverse range of events during her time at Dynamic Earth working with clients such as the Scottish Property Federation, Guardian International Television Festival and the Association of Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers in Scotland. She particularly enjoys the challenge and opportunity of working with such a unique venue.

 

 

Claire MacBride-Stewart - Events Coordinator

Claire has an operations background in visitor attractions, and has been a permanent fixture at Dynamic Earth since joining as Visitor Services Manager for the opening of the attraction. She joined the events department in 2005 and enjoys the buzz of working with a wide variety of clients, from royal visits, VIP receptions and weddings to conferences and dinners for clients such as OWC, British Council and Scottish Power.
