This is an exciting and interactive website with a games section and many quizzes. Games include “Webs of life”, “Open Ocean” and “Dive to the Abyss”, all of which are great fun!
There are also loads of fantastic fact files on animals living in the sea including whales, dolphins and seals.

This website is centred around the BBC program “Oceans” and has some amazing footage from many different locations including the Sea of Cortez, the Southern Ocean, and the Red Sea. There are some really interesting video clips featuring divers describing their best dives. These give real insight into what it would be like to journey into the oceans. Along with this, there is a gallery of high quality, inspiring photographs showing some of the weird and wonderful creatures found in our seas.

Incredible photos of underwater exploration are at the heart of this website, from the giant kelp forests to the abyss to the tropical coral reefs. Links to animal facts and photos are easy to navigate and include manatees and sea turtles. There is also a video of lizards walking on water!
