Happy birthday to us!! Yes, if you can believe it, it’s been 20 years since we launched our amazing kids club Dino’s Dynamos (and yes, it does make us feel old!!). In true dinosaur style, Dino wants to have a “roarsome” birthday party to celebrate this milestone – and you are all invited! We have met so many people throughout the years of running this club - did you take part in Dino's as a child, did you work at Dynamic Earth & help out with staffing any of the sessions, or do you currently come along to Dino’s Dynamos? So – what is Dino’s? Well - Dino’s Dynamos our amazing kid’s club with a difference! Our main aim is to inspire youngsters to discover more about science, and learn all about our wonderful planet. We’ve been working hard planning our brand new workshops for next session – our programme is jam-packed with interesting and fun topics, everything from coastal creatures and ‘green’ engineering, to outer space and Atlantic adventures! Children aged between 6 -14 years can join Dino’s free of charge and will have access to our collection of exciting workshops, which combine science games and discovery with creative crafts and exploration. Our crafty science workshops run 3 times every Saturday (10:00, 13:00 and 15:00). They should be booked in advance to guarantee your place, and cost just £1.50 per child / per session.
Even better - Dino’s Dynamos members can get FREE entry to Dynamic Earth (when accompanied by a full-paying adult/concession) on any Saturday! As well as 15% discount in our Natural Selection Gift Shop, 10% discount in our Food Chain Café and a free gift! Phew!! Are your little ones members of our brilliant kid’s club yet? Well - they’ll certainly want to be after hearing all about it!
