The Food Chain Café is located on the right hand side of the main entrance floor of thebuilding, level 3.  The area is flat and level. The lighting is mostly natural with some spotlights.

The café can be accessed without visiting the tour. Hot food is served 12:00 - 15:00. A baby bottle and food warming area is provided in the café. The microwave rests on a table with a height of 70cm or 27.5in.

The café menu has many products suitable for a variety of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.  These choices can vary based on the daily food selection so speak to a member of staff to clarify the choices available for that day. If you have any food allergies speak to a member of staff on the available options for the day.

The food in the café is provided on self-service. The hot food is always served by a member of staff. The height of the food and till counters is 85cm or 33.5in. If any further assistance is needed, please speak to a café staff member.

There are multiple seating areas found on the right hand side of the main entrance floor of the building, level 3. It is not necessary to purchase food or drinks at the café in order to the use any of the seating facilities. 

The Food chain café has two seating areas located in front of the cafe. One seating area has table and chairs which are moveable and can be adjusted to suit the needs of the visitors. The table height is 71cm or 28in. The other seating area a bar style seating area with a built in counter and moveable chairs. The breakfast bar height is 109cm or 43inches and the breakfast bar chairs are 73cm or 29 inches.

Additional seating can also be found on level 3. There are tables and chairs, along with picnic tables and benches. There are seven picnic tables located outside of the café. One of these picnic tables is also wheelchair accessible. High chairs are available for small children.

The amount of seating can be limited and vary daily due to events or group reservations. Please speak to a member of staff if any further assistance
